How to order checks online from theUnionShop.com

It's Easy, Safe and Secure to order checks from The Union Shop. com!

Every aspect of your ordering process is on encrypted pages using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and GeoTrust's digital certificate on our secure server, so you can rest assured that all of your information is completely safe and private at all times. You can click on the GeoTrust symbol on the right hand side of every page to see the details of our security certificate.

Here's what you'll need to place an order for checks on our website:

  1. a check or reorder form from your exising checking account.
  2. a deposit slip, (if available) from your existing checking account.
  3. Access to any custom logos or photos you may want to upload or mail in to us.

To order checks:

  1. click on a category from the navigation bar on the left side of the page, such as "Personal Pocket Checks". Follow links to the product you want to order.

     
  2. the product pages are all secure, so you can safely enter your personal and bank account information in complete privacy.

     
  3. read  the "details" section to learn about the check product, and view the wholesale prices below to see price breaks for ordering your checks in larger volumes.

     
  4. scroll down below the wholesale prices to the "Options" area, read the instructions and enter your information line by line. Items marked with a * are mandatory; all other lines are labeled as "optional".
     
  5. First you'll enter your union and address information. After that comes choices for logo and/or photo imprint choices. If you choose "custom logo" or "photo" options, you'll be given instructions as to how to either upload your images from your computer or mail them to us. Our image upload feature is easy to use, and can be found by clicking on several links on the website.
     
  6. Next, we'll ask you to enter your bank information: all of those numbers in a long line at the bottom of every check. It's essential that these numbers are entered correctly for your checks to work. But don't worry, it's easy, and we offer several ways to verify that your information is correct.
     
  7. First we'll ask you simply to enter all of those numbers at the bottom of your check, omitting any special characters. This will help us verify which numbers are which.
     
  8. Then you'll enter your bank's routing number. The routing number always comes first, always consists of 9 digits, and is always in between two special symbols that look something like this :- . The routing number always starts with either 0, 1, 2, or 3

     
  9. After the routing number comes your checking account number. This number consists of between 4 and 14 numbers, and ends with another special character. Please be sure to include all leading 0s, dashes and spaces, but omit any special characters.
     
  10. This should be enough information for us to be sure that all of the numbers are correct for your order. In case you'd like to take further steps to verify these numbers, we offer a number of ways for you to do so: you may fax a copy of a voided check or reorder form and a deposit slip, (if available) to us at 410-663-3060, or you can scan these documents and upload them from your computer, (you'll be given an opportunity to do this after you place your check product in your basket and click on "continue"), or you can simply mail them to us at: The Union Shop®, P.O.
